Hosted in Europe (AWS)
h2ome's infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in European Union data centers. Your data never leaves Europe.
Automatic daily backups
The database is saved automatically every day. In case of failure, human error or incident, data is restored from the latest copy. You don't have to do anything: backups are not an option, they're the standard.
Data export always available
Customers, orders, collections, empties: everything you enter can be exported to Excel at any time, without asking anyone for permission. Your data is yours and stays yours.
GDPR compliance
We process data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): every company is isolated from the others, access is logged, and your customers' personal data is processed only to provide the service. No sale or transfer to third parties.
No lock-in
No minimum term, no exit penalty, no proprietary format. If you decide to leave, you export everything and close your account whenever you want. We prefer to keep you as a customer through the service, not through a contract.
